Jade has been cleaning my moms house for about 6 months and is the best! She is very reliable and punctual, and does a great job refreshing the house every 2 weeks. I would highly recommend her services!

She used a wet mop for wet places. However, when I wiped the floor in the bathroom, the floor was still dirty when checking downstairs, tile floors, found the same dirt on the tiles. The floors are gritty, I am redoing them today. Bathroom counters remain gritty, not necessarily clean. kitchen counters are not shiny and squeaky clean either I redid those yesterday, with Spic and Span, and they are shiny and items slide easily. A dresser in my room was not dusted or tidy, neither one. The upstairs is probably the same way, my daughter is checking. Wet floors upstairs also dirty gritty. Counters in both bathrooms are gritty.TV & computer monitors not wiped down So, for $260 I believe I did not get my moneys worth, from what was presented to me the day before. I rather doubt I will be using Jade again. I probably will not recommend her, without providing the above info and then they can make up their mind.

Although I am deeply saddened by your experience, Unfortunately with the level of dirtiness your house was currently at, there?s only so much a first clean can do. I had spent 8.5 hours in the home, and scrubbed and disinfected everything until it was clean. I even did a white rag test on everything. I turned yellow toilets to white, got rid of stains in the upstairs shower, degreased the oven and stove; Which for reference was coming out black. There was caked dirt in the corners of the bathrooms, the bathtub was full of leaves and had an inch of dust (same amount of dust on everything in the bathrooms).& As for the tidying, I do a level of

Excellent cleaning. She knows what basics I want taken care of, and special tasks that I ask. She is personable without being chatty. She comes in and efficiently goes from room to room cleaning. I work from home and she arrives, I go into my office. She is economical and before I know it, she is finishing up saying she is done. I highly recommend her service. She is efficient, trustworthy and economical.
