Luis and his team were amazing. They were communicative and very respectful, and the work they did is breathtaking.

Luis abandoned this job halfway through with no further communication. He was supposed to tile two bathrooms, an entryway and a fireplace. He started a day late and demoed the entryway and master bathroom and set tile. After two days of broken promises of showing up to finish the job he stopped responding. He left us with those two areas tiled without grout and a toilet sitting in our bedroom. We found out that he knowingly left the toilet supply line leaking onto our bathroom floor the entire time. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
