Jeff was the coordinator for my full roof replacement, and he did a great job. He was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions fully. I hate gutters, and Jeff didn't bat an eye or imply that my refusal of gutters was a bad choice, he simply went forward with recommendations for the best products for my situation. The job was completed in one day (I have a simple roof), on the appointed day, and there was hardly any evidence left on the ground to show that they had even been there. None of the workers ever even knocked on the door while they were there. I was thoroughly satisfied with the work done and the price I paid for it, and I will highly recommend them in the future. The only negative I have to mention is that the crew arrived an hour and a half early, and we were awakened by the sound of people walking on the roof at 6:30 in the morning, but their early arrival also meant they were done by about 2:30 in the afternoon, so that was fine, and it was a small inconvenience. Overall, I was thrilled to have my roof replaced so professionally and quickly, and I have a much higher level of confidence in the quality of my roof than I did before!

Very competent. However, when it came to the final bill it was very convoluted. The billing people were not in synch with the foreman. He would quote one price and the billing people in Moscow would do something else. Perhaps this was an isolated case. We were happy with the man making the quote and overseeing the work but we had to spend a lot of time getting the billing right.

Very good experience with our home roof replacement with Icon. Look, paying for a new roof is no one's idea of fun, but over time the peace of mind that will come with our new 40-year roof will likely be worth. We got a total of 3 quotes, and Icon's quote basically "tied" another company's from a financial perspective, but I felt more comfortable with Icon because I could tell Caleb would take good care of us. I was right -- Caleb took great care of us throughout the process, checking on the project's progress almost every day. Our project did take longer than expected -- originally expected for 4 or 5 days but it took 9, due to some rainy/windy weather and fewer subs showing up to our project each day than expected. Even with the delays, Caleb checked up on us every day, assured us that the project was properly "buttoned up" for the inclement weather, and answered every one of our questions/concerns. The finished product looks fantastic, our property was cleaned up well, and we're happy we hired Icon.

Had them do a complete tear off and re-sheet. Project was done faster than they said and my house looks great!
