Apex the company was not bad. The subcontractor that did all the work did bad work. The drip edge was installed incorrectly. 3 of the bathroom vents were installed incorrectly. 4 Fascia boards were broken and siding was damaged. Apex reinstated the 3 vents and the subcontractor fixed the drip edge installation. The rest of the damage was on me to fix. For $30,000 I was not a satisfied customer it would have helped if I could have communicated with the subcontractor but no one spoke English

We just hired Apex, and so far our experience has been very positive. They have helped us immense through the process of getting our insurance company to approve our claim and adjusted fairly.

We have learned that there is still a company that is proud of the quality of their workmanship and professionalism. Apex Roofing, LLC was on time, very dedicated to the details, clean and provided a high quality product. Our job was not easy as the house is 3 story and very steep with two flat widow walks. The installation team provided extra tarps and one member continually cleaned. When finished, they ran the magnet over the yard and did not leave a piece of debris. We would give 10 stars if possible. AND, no one played on their cell phone the entire project. How refreshing to see good old work ethics.

Everything about this project was seamless. The estimator visited my home within 24 hours of initial contact and made a thorough inspection of the roof and the attic space. He promptly offered a bid, and the work was completed within 3 weeks, as promised. The estimator was my primary contact throughout the whole project, which I appreciated, and he was responsive to phone calls and texts. He even visited with a drone after the installation so that I could co-inspect the work. I am very happy that I chose Icon Roofing, and I have recommended them to my family and friends.

Very fast service and used newer quieter nail guns. Clean up was good and much less noise disruption. Roof looks good. Happy with everything. Everything went very quickly and simple.

Everything they offered they followed through with Chris was very through with his evaluation and estimated all my concerns. The roofers were excellent and finished in record time. I highly recommend this company
