Floor Coverings International Summerlin and West Las Vegas

Mark Dawahare responded quickly for my request to come and measure a room in my home for a new floor. The process was made easy to select from a number of wooden examples and baseboards. He then measured the room and withen a short amount of time my floor was being made. It is just beautiful, installed by a great team of workers. Beyond my expectations. Highly recommend.

Initial visit was well done and work done well. However, communication was slow on covering some information and no follow up visit as promised.

They did a good job.

I wanted to install plank flooring so I called them & scheduled. A salesman, Mark Dawahare came and walked me thru the process. he measred and showed me samples. I scheduled to have it done. The installers did the job and were very clean. A day or 2 later I was contacted by Mark to see if I was happy. This person goes to help his customers. I highly recommed him to attend to your flooring needs.

Pedro and his crew were wonderful. Arrived on time, the job was completed in ample time. They cleaned up any mess from the scraps and the carpet looks beautiful. Highly recommend!!

I would like to recognize â Floor Covering International â for their five star customer service as well as five star professionalism, and quality of work. I contacted them after receiving poor service from a pushy sales person from another company.When I spoke to the receptionist â Floor Coverings Internationalâ , I explained what I had been though and friendly sales representative assured me that the sales representative doing my was a professional, and I would not have to worry about being pressured into buying anything. When Travis arrived-to my house ,he listened to what type of project I was requesting and did not try to talk me in to something I did not want. I also explained to Travis that I wanted the installation to occur in one month and he did not try to intimidate me by telling me that the price would change, and I really appreciated that! After signing the contract, there was a few concerns I had and Travis,as well as the supervisor Brad, contacted me in a matter of minutes to put my mind at ease. They both assured that the Floor installation would happen at the exact date and time I requested. The installation crew supervisor, Pedro, arrived the first day of installation and provided me information on how to maintain and care instructions for my new floors. Pedro also stopped by two additional times to check on the the crew and made adjustments to ensure the floors would be completed in a timely manner. The whole installation crew was very professional and they worked nonstop. They also kept their area tidy each day. One thing that really impressed me was the moving of the furniture. The crew took pictures of everything before they moved it and once the floors were complete, they put everything back in exact order!! When I tell you this company is a five star organization, please trust and believe. Their prices were not bad at all and actually for the same price, the other company was charging, I was able to get another area of laminate floors versus the carpet. The other company tried to pressure me to get. I know this review is super long but for the service I received, the least I can do is to recognize â Floor Coverings Internationalâ for a job well done! The only bad comment I have is I ordered one size of tiles and received another. Rather than wait another two weeks I decided to go with what I got. They did a good job putting it in and the clean up was good.

Customer service was outstanding! Brad came and met with me - didnâ t realize he was the owner at first. But he was so patient AND helpful with me. Explained a lot, answered my questions - helped this 75 year old disable hard of hearing lady through the whole process - color, padding's - EVERYTHING. Day of project - the workers were so nice and they worked really HARD ALL DAY - getting my project done . As said - IT WAS AWESOME WORKING WITH BRAD AND COMPANY! 10 STARS..ð ¤

The workers were very professional. They seem to work as a team each knowing their respective responsibilities. They came about 8:30 AM and worked until usually around 7 PM. They replaced the flooring in the entire house with carpet and vinyl planks. Before they came, they advised me to take out items that might get broken from the banging. In retrospect. I should have removed almost everything as the removal of tile and carpet resulted in a great deal of dust throughout the house. They did use plastic sheeting to try to minimize this. But, in truth, there is a lot of work to be done after the fact to clean the dust out of everything. I donâ t think thereâ s really any way to avoid this.
