DCS came right out, surveyed what needed to be done, gave a quote and were on site the following week. DCS replaced the damage on the sill plate and replaced portions of the face plate that were rotted as well. Resided, sealed and repainted to match. DCS handled everything quickly and professionally. Good job!

John s crew did amazingly fast and efficient work! Great job, too. Bid was very reasonable and accurate. Allowances for additional plywood (new shingles and underlayment) very reasonable (and didn t need to dip into it, but glad the bid was so clear). Excellent products; great ridge vent, too. Very happy with this company and I plan to hire them for future work! Highly recommended!

John Winnington and his crew worked in my house because the house has settled severely. They had to level the uneven, downsloping floors, correct the crooked doors, paint, install carpet/linoleum, and change a leaky faucet. John and his crew were very pleasant to work with and they did a great job. Defects that started as a major cause of stress for me were corrected properly and nicely. His fees were very reasonable. I highly recommend Delaware Construction Services. If I ever need work at my house again, John Winnington will be the first one I will call.
