The technician arrived at the appointed time, promptly diagnosed the problem. Fixed the immediate problem then inspected the roof unit and fixed that too. The tech explained everything carefully. I will use Comfort Caddy Services in my new condo.

Ozzy was great - professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to diagnose the problem with our A/C unit not communicating with the thermostat and was very diligent in repairing the the problem and fully testing it to ensure it worked correctly.
