Noslen did a great job. Immediately diagnosed the issue of my AC unit and fixed. Check, clean unit and was very acknowledged. Explain the issue and make recommendations to preserve the unit. Great customer service. Total charges were very good. Iâ m super satisfied and I will recommend him and Confort Caddies to all family and friends. .

Comfort Caddies came out next day to service our air conditioner line and clean the unit. The technician Basilio de Jesus was extremely knowledgeable and professional. His equipment (and uniform) was very clean and he wore boot covers which was appreciated on our new carpets. He explained the issue in detail, provided the cost upfront and then made the necessary repairs the same day. Our unit is now super clean and running smoothly! Kyle salvaged a poor new unit install. Comfort Caddies repaired damaged ductwork and installed a proper and new thermostat.

We have had several very good technicians in our 9 years with Comfort Caddies but Javier was outstanding ..professional, knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. Was a pleasure to have him in our home. While doing the inspection of our outdoor equipment on our condo building roof, Javier noticed that the equipment for the unit for one of our neighbors was not operating properly. He shared that with me and I let the owner know. The unit was in fact malfunctioning and the drain pan in the condo unit was full and about to overflow which would have caused a leak into the condo below theirs .we had that happen to us last year with the unit above us and it caused significant drywall damage, etc etc in our unit. Javiers observation and then pointing it out saved one of our neighbors from incurring significant damage. Kudos to Javier!! He is definitely an asset to Comfort Caddies!
