"I hired them to clean a 3 bedroom condo that we purchased recently. The team of three showed up promptly, finished quickly, moved my heavy furniture and were very polite. The rugs really did dry quickly. They don't use steam-they use a solvent that dries quickly. They also cleaned a sofa. Everything smelled and looked fresh and clean. The solvent odor stuck around for a few hours. I had to open the windows to help scent dissipate. Not terrible but I wanted it gone. Not sure if it works as well as or better than steam. hard to judge because the carpets are old and light colored and we haven't been in house long enough to make a comparison. Price was less than steam cleaning quotes so it was worth a try."
