"I was able to make an appointment online choosing an available time that work with my schedule. They followed with a call confirming my appointment. At that time I explained I had 2 appliances that need to be repaired and they adjusted their schedule to work on both. One appliance was fixed and was able to be repaired without new parts. They will keep the model number in their system in the event it should breakdown again. I appreciate that they did not try to sell parts just to make more money. The Other need a part which they ordered and repaired the very next day. They are extremely polite, thoughtful, and honest and would highly recommend you use their services."

The job was complex and included replacing AC and an air handler with a new Lennox system, adding two Mitsubishi heating and cooling units and replacing two boilers working in tandem and providing heat for domestic hot water, radiant floors and the heat for the main house. This one company was able to handle all three different projects with skill and expertise. They took care to do it right instead of easy. They took care with the outdoor aesthetics and they took care of the inside of my home while they were working.
