I had three proposals for my roof and Top Midwest Constriction was not only the lowest but Joe's level of knowledge of roofing was the convincing factor for me to go with his company. The job was completed on time and cleaning up was outstanding. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof work done.

Joe is professional and thorough in explaining the work that needs to be done and why. Since we needed to replace the roof and gutters, the work was done by different teams. Both teams completed the work in a timely manner and thoroughly cleaned up before they left. We would definitely hire Top Midwest Construction again if needed.

Joe was very professional and very helpful with our insurance company, when he got the go ahead with the project he had the roof done in one day as promised and they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

He really went to bat for us with the insurance company. Once the project was approved he started immediately.His crew was fast (only 3 days) and cleaned up after themselves. I would hire him again in a minute.

From beginning to end I appreciated Joe's professional and courteous demeanor. His crew performed the work excellently, and the price was fair, with no surprises. He obtained the permit from the city and scheduled the final inspection. Great work!

Great price, great service and a pleasure to deal with. Owner Joe came out personally to give estimate and follow up after roof completion. Workers did a quality install and cleaned up area when finished. A+A+A+A+A+A+A+A+A+A+A+!!!!!!!!!!!!
