Had a tree that was trimmed Juan did a roof inspection and identified where the tree rubbed against the roof, dislodging shingles. Within a week, I was able to schedule with Juan, and within 2 days he was able to complete the repair, add a new waterproofing layer, and new shingles. He cleaned up all messes and the before and after photos are amazing. Highly recommend Juan and his team! Fast service, he provided a detailed quote of the cost, process of the repair and after the repair he gave a detailed report of what was done, findings and provided me photos. Amazing quality, and work!

The absolute best! We love our new siding. Juan and his team were great! We had damage from a storm and this was the first company we contacted. We had no clue on any of the process and what to do. We had a patch of missing shingles, leaving us with a tiny waterfall in our bedroom. Allstate would not cover the roof damage. They said it was an installer error. Two other contractors agreed. Big Darby's rep, Juan, gave us a great price for a full roof replacement, but without the insurance covering some part of it, we just couldn't afford a full replacement. There was no pressure by Juan to get a new roof, unlike what the other contractors we got estimates from tried to do. Instead, Juan offered to tarp our roof at no charge. He also offered to patch the area for a very reasonable price, to hold us over until next year. We decided to patch the roof, and Juan did it on the spot! It was a great experience, and we didn't feel like we were cornered into biting off more than we could chew.

I reached out to Juan after seeing recommendations from others on social media. I had wind damage to my roof and siding. Getting insurance approval from State Farm was far from easy. Juan went out of his way contradicting State Farmâ s stance with proof including pictures on multiple occasions as well as debating pricing conflicts at least 4 different times before the full project was approved. He met with me to discuss options and provided samples to lay next to each other since we were doing both the roof and the siding. The work was completed in a timely manner and to perfection. They also replaced the gutters as well. I couldnâ t be happier with the work done or my experience. I highly recommend Juan and his company!!
