The plumber was quick to call me and quick to come fix my problem, but I was floored by the charge to change out the bathtub spout with a new diverter. I'm a senior on only Social Security caring for my disabled daughter so the over $400 bill hurt. I probably won't use Anji again due to the cost.

For the $200.00 charged to check water flow at the kitchen sink and then just went under the sink to see about flow and did a back water presser check said it was or must be in the faucet. Then I asked if he had a faucet in the rig yes and then the bill went to $800.00, Sorry but that to me is a rip off for no more time spent. or would have spent. Sorry I will not ask them back. I will have someone else take care of the change over.
