"I hired RRR Home Services to clean accumulated moss off a second-story, steep-pitched roof, treat the roof with chemicals, and install gutter guards. He also installed a safety harness anchor along the ridgeline. Cleaned up the debris (the walkways looked better than when he arrived!) and carted it away. Easy to coordinate our schedules via texting. Gave me photos of problematic areas on the roof and repaired the seal around a vent pipe. Will use again."

"I interviewed a few contractors to completely remodel my kitchen before choosing Millspaugh Maintenance Engineering because of the previous internet reviews and their CCB records. Their estimates were inline with the others, but the pictures of the cabinets were better. My galley kitchen had soffits to be removed to expand the cabinets to the ceiling. This was complicated because of wires and pipes. Millspaugh has grouped up with very good plumbers, electricians, and a superb cabinet maker. My wife wanted fancier cabinet doors than normal, and they found the perfect style. IMPORTANT note for any contractor: we had very good communications with Millspaugh and the sub-contractors and they kept to the schedule. The prices were similar to what was quoted. I will be using them next year for remodeling the bathrooms and other projects."

One provided an estimate based on pictures I took and then dropped communication when I had questions. They excavated, poured concrete for the foundation, set the blocks for the mobile home, built 3 decks, hooked up water and sewer, ran new electrical service and installed gutters to include creating a drainage system. No matter how many curves the mobile home company threw on timelines, etc. Jared, Eli and Chris were on top of scheduling and moving their other projects around to accommodate mine. They did excellent, beautiful work and I canâ  t say enough about the quality of work they completed.
