Ricky did an outstanding job—he came out the very next day to complete our home inspection. He was very thorough, affordable, and extremely polite throughout the entire process. From the start, he clearly explained everything he would be inspecting, both inside and outside of the home, which gave us a lot of confidence going in. He took the time to walk my fiancé and me through everything, making sure we understood all the details and pointing out anything we should be aware of. We never felt rushed, and he was happy to answer all of our questions. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and highly recommend his services!

Job done efficiently! He was very thorough & even offered his time afterwards via phone call to help me understand everything on the report as I wasn't able to be present. We even had issues accessing the attic due to seller's items being in the way & he offered to come back and take a look once they was removed. Ricky was very professional and super nice. Found things we didn't think to look for and saved us a lot of money in the long run answered all our questions. Even though the job was done he still said to call him if we have any questions. And his prices for the inspection was cheapest we found. When you're buying a house every penny counts. And he sends the reports to who you want him too same day! He sent the report to our realitor also which makes things easier. Ricky was professional, prompt, kind and very thorough. It was easy to schedule the inspection and I had family that wanted to join that had been in construction for a long time- they were also impressed with how thorough he was. He answered all of our questions and gave us an informative run down of the key things that he noticed in his inspection. The gentleman for the sewer scope was also informative and efficient.
