The user disputes a $785 charge from Anthony Plumbing Heating and Cooling, including $400 for 1.1 pounds of Freon that was unnecessary. Anthony claimed separate Freon charges for two system ports, but the user’s Senville Minisplit system only requires one charge. After refusing additional diagnostic fees, the technicians left the system non-functional. A second company, AB May, confirmed the system was empty of Freon despite the prior payment. The user found and repaired a leak on port A, which Anthony never checked, and Senville confirmed the system had enough factory Freon for the installed line length. The user requests a refund for the unnecessary $400 Freon charge due to inadequate service and misdiagnosis.

I would give them negative stars is possible. Their tech installed my shower pan incorrectly, even after I had them come back a 2nd time to correct it. I provided him with a video on how to do the install correctly, the tech informed that that method was wrong, he used a sub-par material. several months later, the shower pan failed and they refused to refund me for the pan because my tiling crew had to take it out to do their job. Customer service never called me to discuss, only emailed me lousy excuses, even after I sent them pictures of the improper work. Horrible company with inexperienced techs and lousy customer service. Will be taking them to court soon. Avoid at all costs.
