DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!! Our house had a PRV for FOURTEEN YEARS without a problem. Three years ago, we needed it replaced. We chose Goettl based on reviews. They talked us into a brass upsell on every part, and we paid $1078 to get it replaced. We went with the upsell because they told us we could rely on it for the next 15 years. About 2 weeks ago we started hearing light rattling but wasn't sure where it was coming from or what it was. Before we had a chance to call a plumber out, SAWS knocked on our door and told us that our neighbors replaced their PRV and they were still hearing knocking. He wanted to know if he could look at our system and check the pressure (apparently we share a system). When he looked at our PRV, he told us that Goettl had put in the cheapest regulator on the market which was now not working. Goettl refused to replace the faulty part unless I paid them $600. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR BELIEVE THE 5-STAR REVIEWS, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS.

The IAQ team of John and James did an outstanding job of cleaning and sanitizing the ducts, eliminating the humidity problem.

They were quick to respond, thorough, and easy to talk to. Great attitude, answered every question I had.

Rudy did a great job repairing the drywall behind which Goettle plumbers had updated a shower valve within the wall. His thorough work was explained to us before, during and after his work. Rudy was courteous and friendly.

Came out fast, assessed the problem and had repairs underway quickly. Peter was professional and explained everything. Took pictures and video. Couldn’t ask for more.

Jehad was great, explained everything in detail and very knowledgeable.

All of my experiences with Goettle have been positive. Recently I’ve had to get my AC system replaced. And the installation guys, Brayan & Marcus did such a great job installing and explaining every step. They answered all my questions and they even thoroughly cleaned up any mess that was made. These guys were such gentlemen. I’m really very impressed!!!

Still waiting for a call back from whoever it was Tony said was going to call. BUYERS BEWARE- get a second opinion after this company comes to your home. I learned so much from other companies I have had to pay hundreds to get done what Goettl should have done especially since I paid for their membership. Tell them no once or decline a service or ask too many questions and watch how their tune changes towards you. ***Updated*** Seems I’m not the only one updating my review…. If you don’t search for a second opinion after these guys swindle you, you may end up searching for legal counsel. Shame on you Goettl for taking advantage of people. Tell Tony I’m still waiting on that call back from his Operations Manager. ****Updated**** The Goettl people are always professional. Big thanks to Miguel who did our system rejuvenation today. He was so genuine and took the time to explain everything to us and more. Really appreciate the work he did to get us ready for triple digits this weekend! You were great, sir!

Sam was a superb technician. He was knowledgeable and thorough. He walked me through many options for our AC replacement, discussing the pros and cons of each option. I feel confident in our decision and confident with the company. I will update this review after the new installation but so far so good.
