If I could leave no stars that would be correct. Tyrone came out to fix our refrigerator and miss diagnosed the problem twice. My refrigerator started to freeze up once again after we paid him 478 dollars. Im so mad I we have to go and pay more money to buy a new refrigerator. Please find someone else it is not worth the hassle.

The only reason I gave him a two is because he did fix my washer. He over charged me. We talked over the phone and he said his service fee was 85 bucks and the parts would be 40 bucks. No mention of a diagnostic fee which he charged 120 bucks for. Nor did he mention a labor fee of 150 bucks. And no, I didn't expect him to do it for nothing. He installed suspension rods which are the parts. He charged 80 bucks for the parts. He calibrated the machine and that was it. Total cost was 435 bucks! I could have almost bought a new washer. I will not recommend him not will I be calling him again.

They got the problem fixed in no time (replacing the corroded heating mechanism in my dishwasher) and I am so grateful for the help! They even got the replacement part for me so I didn't have to go out and find it myself. Highly recommend!
