A nightmare experience. Choose another company or don't say I didn't warn you. We had a leak in our home and our insurance company told us to use Zona Restoration. They had great reviews, though, not great for us. First thing was we were required to pay 85% of the project cost upfront for some reason. This was the first red flag, and things just got worse from there. I feel that everything they did was done quickly and shoddily. My wife and I think the few repairs they did do were obviously done quickly and without attention to detail. Even though we sent pictures, videos, and the project manager agrees the work should be fixed, we still have not been able to get them to take action. Everything has felt like a battle and it has been over a month now, and the job is still not even halfway done. And I think this was a small job that could have been completed in 2 days. Mary, our project manager cannot make any decisions without permission from at least two other people. Not sure why the

Be careful! The more money you pay them upfront, the longer your project will be delayed. My home looks worse than it did before the disaster. The materials they used was low quality. I paid yhem more than $30,000 for a horrible job. It was a huge mistake to pay them upfront.

The Project Manager for us was Marli. She was fantastic! I was always able to reach her and find out the progress of our Removal and Restoration project. I am 100% satisfied with Zona Restorations, and especially Marli. She made a difficult time for us much easier to deal with!! Thank you Marli!!

Professional and reasonably priced.

They were very quick to respond to questions or concerns and wanted me to be completely satisfied. They covered my carpet with plastic from the front door to the room they were taking care of. Another plus was that their estimate was lower than another company I had contacted.

I've worked with many contractors over the year and it seems like something always finds a way to go wrong. This was not the case on this project. Zona Restoration was amazing. They had excellent communication and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Their work was impeccable, no dust or debris left anywhere. I cant thank them enough for the amazing job they did for me. If you're looking for an asbestos abatement or asbestos removal contractor look no further.

We can't say enough about Zona Restoration. We called, they set up an appointment to come and give us a quote within an appropriate time frame. They came, were extremely cautious about sanitary conditions, talked to us, took their time and were very precise. They got back to us with a quote within the 2 day window, and gave us a very reasonable quote. We scheduled right away, and they were on time, professional, friendly, and over the top wonderful. They did a flawless job repairing our walls and painting. We have textured walls, and they matched them perfectly. Jose was a joy, and we for sure will be asking for him again if we ever need them. We would recommend them hands down. They will be the first we will be calling if we ever need anything else.

Excellent communication, always on time, and fair prices! From start to finish every Zona team member was a pleasure to work with, and always kept me well informed. They worked directly with my insurance company, and always kept my house clean (I am a big clean freak). I would most definitely recommend Zona Restoration.
