He did not do what he promised and he claimed a two year warranty, within 2 weeks I had mud coming through and was promised they would come out to fix it as well as finish the parking pad area but over a year later and they still have not returned and will not answer my calls, these pictures were taken a week after the work was done

We have reached out several times to you and explained that there is no parts of your warranty that covers underground clay. As your contract states it?s an asphalt millings driveway which is a gravel base which does not get as hard as hot mix asphalt material. We really appreciate your business and sorry we could not fully satisfy you. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
