Your Home Improvement Company sales and installers have exceeded my expectations in a home Improvement company. They have replaced all my windows, by bathroom, kitchen, front deck, handicap accessible deck, roofing and gutters. I would recommend them to do any work on your home. The products they use are top notch!

Although in the end, the bathroom looks nice, I will never work with this company again. First my salesman told me this was a one day project, so imagine my surprise when I was told it was two days. Not a huge deal. I just let them know that I would need at least a week to get my time off from work and get my dogs booked into the kennel. Next, the day before the project was supposed to start I get a call letting me know the project was pushed back a day because of an inspection issue on a different project. Sales person sold me a tub that was 20" wide on the inside measurements which was what I wanted. What I wasn't told was that you lose 5" in the middle because it is actually shaped like an hourglass. I was ticked and the only way to get the tub I thought I was actually getting was to pay an extra $850 on top of the $8,500 I was already paying. Also, because the tub was wrong, there was no additional work done. But I was asked to make sure I was home for two days the following week so that they could come back. More time away from work...how nice to waste my paid time off on this. Installers were over an hour and a half late from their two hour window and I had to call to see where they were instead of someone calling me. Terrible customer service. Then at the end they watch you fill out there survey and then he stood and read my remarks when I he said he never sees them. Overpriced and Unprofessional. Never again!!!!!! Over $10,000 for a new tub, tub surround, and floor. Just terrible.

Work quality and roofing crew was great. The clean up could have been better given the snow. For example some of the debris got mixed in the snow where had a tarp been placed would have easily contained it. . I have been promised a return visit to capture the debris once the snow melts.

I will never use this company or Home Advisor again. The cost of the project in my opinion was three times the cost of what I could have had it done for if I would have done some more research.

The materials were excellent and service exceptional! They were very knowledgeable and came out at 8 PM to give the quote to fit our schedule. The guy who came out and installed the siding I would like to give more than 5 stars.
