The coordinator did all the permit arrangements and followed up with me several times to make sure everything was going to my satisfaction as well as kept me informed regarding progress. The guys doing the work were very pleasant, but kept working the entire day and half the way into the evening. I love these men and their ethics. So I hired them to do my kitchen next. Update: 09/26/2019 My bathroom is beautiful and the way more safe and functional. Material is holding up well. Easy to clean. This company has a very good work ethic. Went above and beyond what I expected. Update: 09/26/2019 Excellent work ethic. Beautiful when finished. Very functional when project was finished. I would hire this company in my next project.

They came on time ,removed the old tub and gave me a remarkable new bathroom I just love. They did a timely job in a very polite and respectable manor.

Very pushy salesperson. Hired because my husband liked the product. After seeing it installed, we think we were overcharged. Took way longer than they said it would. Installer had to take time out of our time to handle a service issue. Same night the shower surround was pulling away from the wall and the pattern didnÂ’t line up from wall to wall. Customer service is poor. Said it would be 3-6 weeks before they could get someone to look at it. Simply unacceptable for the amount of money we were charged. We stopped payment on the check as we are afraid they wonÂ’t take care of it

Very thorough in explaining options. Hard working installer - left the site very clean. So far we are happy with the roof installed in April 2017.

Install scheduled for July 2017, as of labor day 2017 still not started. Company dropped material and dumpster last week of July still on lawn and driveway as of labor day with no install's date. Dumpster is damaging driveway.
