Mr. Zee was very professional. Showed up on time, very fast to schedule appointments, was way cheaper than other competitors, and the quality of work done was perfect. Highly recommend.

Contacted Mr. Zee through Angie service for a water damage issue and a few other odd jobs. He contacted me within a few hours and arranged to meet for an appraisal of the job and a quote. Came by the house the very next day and gave me an honest appraisal of the work that needed to be done and what was the likely scenario. Returned early the next day to start with the work to make sure that the water damage issue was addressed in a timely manner. On-going job, but so far I have been very happy with the level of service.

He did the tasks that I had agreed to and most were OK however he was unable to properly repair the cartridge in a shower faucet and we finally agreed to a partial refund, which he made promptly. We then had to contract with a licensed plumber to properly fix the broken faucet. Also, the townhome that he was working on is occupied by family members in another state and I tried on multiple occasions to have him prepare a receipt for me for tax purposes which I have yet to receive. Apparently, he had some issues with a family member that took his time and I understand that but in general, it is hard to work with someone from several hundred miles away.

Great experience having hired Mr Zee to handle some home repairs that were beyond my capabilities. He arrived on time, in a subtle, well equipped minivan stocked to the gills with tools and supplies. Zach had all the experience and knowledge to get these jobs done. First was ripping out my old mailbox and post and replacing with the post, PVC cover and mailbox I had aleady purchased. I took his advice on some mounting changes to enhance the install. The second job I had for him involved adjusting/ rehanging a pantry door that I had rebuilt and could not get to hang correctly..... literally took him about 60 seconds to install some longer mounting screws on one hinge and adjust. Pricing was more than reasonable and Zach went above and beyond by cutting up the old post to make it easily disposable. Overall a great experience and I will definitely use Mr Zee in the future.

Mr. Zee is expert at what he does and has a professional attitude and a kind demeanor. He knew exactly how to diagnose the electrical problems and the necessary way to solve them. He did not waste time and was reasonable on his charges and fair.
