My initial experience with Wraycon, LLC was positive. The sales person was very accommodating and price matched a competitor that I was hesitant to use as they were not rated by Service Magic. Everything except the installation of the gate was fine. When I called them they came back out to fix it without my knowledge and made it worse. They then said they needed to order a new gate and after repeated phone calls and 8 months, I do not have my gate. I had to have Service Magic contact them for me since they didn't return my calls. I finally have a date of March 29th to install the new gate which is almost a year after the intial install.
Response from Company:
Customar wanted a vinyl product that I do not sell. They found a vinyl product on Internet that they wanted installed. Ordered material and installed. Now there are quality issues with the gate and the manufacturer is hesitant to replace the gates under warranty.

Mr. Wray gave us a timely estimate for our fence and conveyed that he completely understood our needs. He was able to give us an adjusted estimate when we changed some of the configurations, and he and his crew crafted an excellent product that will serve our needs for years to come. We are delighted with how the project was constructed, the area cleaned and the look of the finished fence. I would recommend highly!

Overall our experience with Clyde Wray was positive. He encountered several personal challenges and deaths in his family after we signed the contract and he was slow in responding to our follow-up inquiries regarding installation. Based on what he experienced, the lag was totally understandable. Once complete, we are very happy with our new ornamental aluminum fence and gate. We were also pleased he knocked 10% off the final price for our inconvenience. When we're ready to fence in the remainder of our yard, we'll definitely give Clyde a call.

Aspen Fence, a part of Wraycon did an excellent job. They gave me a price right away, were able to start and finish the job quickly and the fence looks great. I would definitely recommend them.
