Very Professional and timely. Would have been a smoother process to interact with the selling agent for billing and contract ssubmissions. Their mail it in approach lead to some small delay and confusion points but nothing that detracted from the design and delivery of a favorable final product.

He charged full price with a lot of the work already complete. He said he would come back and take care of some of the issues we had with the fence but never showed. They left all of there trash on the side of the house. Over charged for a lot of the hardware and some of the wood. I know there is a mark up but I think it was a bit excessive. I saw one of the invoices where they purchased additional supplies for like $3.00 each and we were charged like $11.00 each. I guess it's business but you should not leave things like that hanging around for people to see. He did come out same day for the estimate and job was completed on time.

Most contact was via email, request for quote, the quote itself, and send a check, so very easy to set up. Only talked to them once or twice, but it was a straight forward fence project and done in a week after the down payment was made. The fence looks good, neighbors like it, too.

Mr. Wray was a courteous communicator. His associates came as promised and went out of their way to fix the bent and broken section of chain link fence with an extra length of chain link, and good new bar at the top. And kept to their estimate. I would definitely have them back if I had any other fence repair work or original fence construction to do.

After a long delay caused by getting HOA approval, I called Wraycon and Clyde came out the next day to mark the fence area. The following day a crew of 3 men started at 8 AM, worked through lunch and finished the job by 3 PM. I am very pleased with the finished product and impressed with the Wraycon's hard working crew.

Contract signed 5/6; check cashed 5/12. No contact until I called 5/20. Told work to be done 5/21wasnt; 5/22wasnt. Was told to leave note showing swing of gates. Took note back inside 5/25(bad weather). Work done on 5/26 w/o notice. Front gate swings opposite origingal. No caps on rear gate posts:very ugly unfinished tops. Area littered w end cuts & most of old fence left on site. Very poor customer communication. Half-assed job barely worth half the fee. Would not use again - would not recommend.
