Wraycon had to grind down the epoxy from the big box stores that I put on and ended up peeling up. They also recommended painting the vertical portions of garage floor (wall) and aprons (between garage and driveway), and simply adding paint to those areas provides a tremendous color contrast, value and visual appearance. Dave is a stand-up guy, provided details around his quote to be as transparent as he could. He even followed up several days later just to make sure I liked the outcome of the fully cured floor.

They did my garage floor. Looked great the first week, then it slowly started turning yellow within a few months. I contacted them, and they offered to do it again but I had to pay for the materials which was somewhere in the neighborhood of $500. And I was offered an upgraded clear which was not an option the first time around. I feel I should not have to pay for anything as it was not anything I did. Durability the floor is great and it is not chipping or peeling anywhere, it just looks stained yellow which is not acceptable.

The person was told that epoxy can and will yellow in time. He had a choice to use a higher grade product like urethane or polyaspartic that will slow the yellowing down. Polyaspartic will not yellow when I explain these cost more his next question was let me ask you this does all epoxy hold up as good. I said yes to a point the Urethane is better but Polyaspartic is the best is does not yellow at all. They're more expensive for a reason I said. I explained to him this now it yellowed more than he liked which some do some don't now he wanted me to just come to redo it for free. People I am very fair there times I do think I should charge for and I do not but there are times I say NO and hold my ground especially when I explained this to you. I solved this problem I use polyaspartic on all my floor except when one Urethane is called for.

I honestly don't know what is going on here I have tried to contact this customer more than a few times and he has never called me back. On his behalf he did call me and left a message to call him and I did more than a few times with no response. I will try again after I write this. Our customer reviews are very important to us they show we take pride in what we do. We know we will not make everyone happy but we will not stop trying.

It was bad luck that the floor mix went bad on application and had to be redone. This took time.

It was a unfortunate problem we had with the product fortunately we solved it and the manufacturer warranty the product so they sent us all new material to reinstall and we did. I so wish we could show pic of our jobs in these boxes it would paint a better picture . At the end the job it was very nice and Very nice Customers !!

Very personable and friendly. Had some initial scheduling issues but was also impaired by the weather. However they were able to get my project done once the weather got nice. I am super pleased with the results. My front portch needed to be sealed and colored very badly. They had a really good product and did a very nice job. It looks awesome now!

I will not talk bad . But go to our pictures the gold garage is there's it looks great !! Price well I was to nice 2 dollars sqft lower than going rate. Like I said Pic says it all and its not great pictures. This guy wanted more coats for free.

I would highly recomend Wraycon. A very proffessional, friendly experience from the quote to the installation. Quality of the work was terrific. The guys were very patient with us to ensure the fence and gates were positioned just as we liked, and clearly explained the whole job berfore beginning so there were no surprises. When they were complete, they cleaned up and it looked like the fence had been there for years. Highly recomend them, and will use them again!!
