The job to remove moss from the roof and clean gutters was partially done. There was a huge mess to clean up afterward. It also appears not ALL of the moss has been removed. Customer service after being send photos was still unwilling to discuss.

I'm sorry that Antonia felt this way as we exhausted every Avenue possible to try to please her. We take great pride in our work and want nothing but the best for our customers and to make sure they are satisfied with our work, but in this case our rating did not reflect this. We always strive to put our best foot forward and always want to do our best for everyone. It should also be acknowledged that Antonia never negotiated or paid her bill as we feel was unnecessary and avoidable as we did try to work with her.

Did a satisfactorily job. The roof was done with only a scrub brush to protect asphalt shingles. The gutters had the asphalt sand removed but wish they had used my garden hose or pressure washer to clean out gutters more thoroughly. The young Service guy missed part of my roof above some of the garage that adjoins my neighbors house and I reminded him about cleaning it. Customer Service on the phone was a good experience.

Keith called within 5 min of my request to HA and came out the same day for a quote on th windows, gutters and roof. Cam did the job about 5 days later. A+ customer service.
