I needed gutters and down spots cleaned, of 3 buildings on my property. The owner came to look, was very professional, answered all my questions, then gave quote in person. The employee who did the work~ August ~ was an outstanding and personable young man. He was on time, very professional in his approach. The job was completed well and thoroughly, including cleanup. I would definitely use again, and recommend, this contractor.

When I needed some work done on my roof, I contacted Windows Unlimited, and I am glad that I did so. They very promptly made arrangements to attend to what I needed. A young man named August, the staff member assigned to do the work associated with my project (cleaning debris and removing moss from the roof of my house and my garage, and applying a moss-preventing compound to both) arrived right on time, in fact even a bit early. He was very personable and articulate, and did a very thorough job promptly and efficiently. In my opinion he was a credit to his employer, and whenever I need roof cleaning and maintenance services, I will contact Windows Unlimited, and hope that August will be assigned again to deal with whatever I need.

All the other gutter cleaners we've had cleaned up after themselves. (for the same price) They didn't. But they did, at least clean them out. So, my rating is meh.

They did a good job cleaning most of the outside and inside windows except for a couple of windows that had a thin film on them that did not clean well with just plain dish soap. Also the tracks for the sliding windows were not cleaned out.
