2 workers arrived, worked very quickly and efficiently. Cleaned skylights, but ended up not charging because skylights are plastic and didn't appear much different after cleaning. Removed screens on all windows, but didn't wash them before replacing them as other companies have automatically done in the past.

They came and did their job. They did what I asked them to do. I will use them again in the future. They are not the most reasonable in price.

Excellent service. Donnie was great. He arrived on time and spent 3 1/2 hours meticulously cleaning every window. He went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely use these guys again... especially if they offer the same deal. I just talked to my mother-in-law and referred them to her!

The two guys showed up in the early afternoon, as predicted. They were polite and got right to work by explaining the costs and reviewing what they would be doing. I elected to watch them work and when I saw some drips on my newly refinished hardwood, asked them to keep an eye on the water. They wiped up and I didn't see any other drops through the process. One of the guys was much quicker than the other and not as detail-oriented. I had to remind him to finish a few things, but he was very responsive when I did. Since they left, I've noticed some streaks on the windows he did, and that the corners are not all that clean. The other employee had a hard time getting one window closed again and almost left it unlocked. I'm not confident that had I not watched him work, it would have been left open. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work done, but would likely not be willing to pay full price for the work in the future.

I used a special big deal coupon through angie's list. I called and they described their pricing policy and process. I was able to schedule an appointment for a day that was convenient for me. They called to confirm that they were on their way the morning of the appointment. The cleaner arrived and looked over the job, then got right to work. The windows ended up looking great.

The windows look great and I'm pleased with that. Donnie asked which windows I wanted done first and explained that with the triple track storms I'd get fewer windows done. So I chose the windows that were most important to me and then asked him to do two more knowing it would be extra. I told the company I think it is problematic that for this coupon, they did not send anyone out to look at the windows and they did not ask if I had storms. They assured me that other than for this coupon they send someone out to estimate the job. So, each window was quite a bit more expensive than I anticipated. I got 6 windows for the coupon plus $10 and paid another $70 for the other two. That left 5 windows and 3 doors that I did not have cleaned. The B rating reflects the communication, not the quality of the work done cleaning.

They did a great job. They came out within 48 hours of me calling them and the house looks great.

The job cost me $300. They cleaned quite a few windows. They did a really great job. They were much more efficient than I am. I will use them in the future.
