Alan arrived on time and did all the work in a professional and courteous manner.  The house, porches and deck were quite dirty and now look fabulous. We have used this company several times in the past for windows and etc. and will again in the future.  They do a wonderful job  We highly recommend Window Gang..

In the past 12 months, I have completely renovated my backyard with new deck, decorative concrete patio and landscaping around an existing above ground pool at no small expense and needed my deck powerwashed and stained.  I met Mr. Babb at the St. Louis Home Show and was impressed with his professional demeanor and the fact that he was on Angie's List.  After some email difficulties, I received an email with an estimate and called his staff to schedule a service date, which happened to fall in early July.  The powerwashing was completed on Wednesday and the deck needed to dry for 48 hours, during which time it rained.  I was left a voicemail with a return date of either Monday or Tuesday at 8am to complete the staining, which happened to occur during a stretch of 100 degree days.  My mother was at my house to make sure the stain color I had chosen from a pamphlet complimented the wood.  The gentlemen showed up about an hour and a 1/2 later than their planned start time, then abruptly left.  When they didn't return for more than 2 hours, my mother phoned the company to ask what had happened and was told the men had to retrieve a piece of equipment from the office (approximately 20 minutes away from my home).  They returned, worked for about 20 minutes and left stating they had been called by their boss, told it was too hot and to go home.  My mother then received a call from the Window Gang office staff affirming this and was told I would be notified of when I would be rescheduled.  I received a voice mail later that evening with a very vague set of dates when I could expect my deck to be completed ("maybe Thursday or Friday, or even Monday, we'll see").  I left a return voice mail stating I had workers coming to install siding on a storage area below the deck and needed the job to be completed no later than Friday.  I came home Friday night to find several cigarette butts in my brand new landscaping, metal patio furniture and three heavy ceramic pots from the area under the deck left on what was very obviously fresh sod and a deck staining that was splotchy and darkened in the areas around the railings (overspray) and streaking in several areas of the deck.  I took pictures of the cigarette butts, notified Mr. Babb that I was beyond appalled and sent an email stating so as well as addressing my concern regarding the inability to at least tentatively schedule my work earlier in the week.  I received a return email explaining the delay, informing me that Mr. Babb had managed the problem with the cigarette butts being left, that he would not endanger his workers health simply for my timeline and basically accusing me of misrepresenting the problem with the new sod as he had been told the furniture/pots had been returned to the patio.  I sent a return email stating that I work in Emergency Medicine, fully understand and treat the issues with heat related illness and by no means meant to imply that his worker's health was not a concern.  Further, I reinterated that despite what he had been told, the furniture had been left on the sod as I had moved it myself.  Mr. Babb did not reply to that email, nor did he ever offer to come out and inspect the staining work that I dubbed merely adequate or the damage to the sod.  Instead it was left with the final line from his email stating he "did not control the weather, leaving your home, spending fuel and labor to get the tools needed to do the job correctly, moving other customers around to take care of your time constraints should gain more than an adequate rating".  As a single woman who works very hard to maintain my home at more than an "adequate" level, I expect the same from those whom I hire to help me, clearly I disagree.

They arrived promptly, took a quick survey of the work to be done, and completed the work quickly.  My windows were very dirty - I had two skylights as well - and the job was done is less than an hour.

This company did a great job of cleaning our windows.   They were prompt, polite and did a thorough job.  I will call them next time we need our windows cleaned.

They powerwashed our house, and part of our carport with great results. In addition, upon my request, they checked our gutters, and found some tree damage to part of it. They cleaned the gutters, and gave me an estimate to repair the damaged part, which I accepted. They returned a few days later and repaired the damaged gutter part. I intend to have them powerwach our epoxy'd driveway soon .A very profesional and responsive company. Give them a try..
