Overall, it went well. The house powerwashing was great and I'm hoping that the additive they use will slow future growth in areas that seem to get dirty quickly. For the windows, I had to go back and double-check to make sure all of them were done (a couple of windows were missed, and many of the tracks were still dirty). I also paid an upcharge for the ceiling fan and had to go back over it myself and found that the top of the blades were not cleaned at all. Overall, they did well, I suggest looking closely at the work before letting the crew leave.

The 2 man crew arrived on time and said it would take 2 - 3 hours to complete the job. Less than 1 1/2 hours later they said they were done and packed up to go. I hastily walked through the house to look at what they had done. A large, multi-paned window in the living room had not been cleaned, so one of the guys washed it and they left. After they left I found one other window with a large streak on the outside and I just cleaned it myself. Several days later I noticed hand prints on the inside of the lower part of a window behind a desk and wooden blinds. Someone had braced himself on the lower pane to clean the upper pane, then left his hand prints! I sent an email to the president of the company complaining about those lapses and the fact that most of the screen frames were still dirty. They had taken the screens off the windows one at a time and hurriedly wiped them with a damp cloth. But on many that just streaked the dirt that was on there. The president responded promptly to my email but it took a week for him to get back to me to schedule someone to come out to fix the problems. But ultimately everything was fixed and cleaned as it should have been in the first place. I'll give the company an A for that but it's really an A minus. Not sure I'll use them again.
