We had a collapsed septic tank according to our home inspection. Bill Farley saw the urgency and had the tank replaced as soon as possible (a couple of weeks). He not only replaced the tank .. he repiped the inlets/outlets where the previous local company who serviced the tank had done it wrong. Bill was easy to deal with, fair and gets the job done the first time. Process was not stressful .. they takes care of everything and leave things better than before.

To say we feel incredibly lucky and fortunate to have met Mr. Farley is an understatement - we had an extremely tricky buying process with our house that has a cesspool and if not for him it would *never* have even happened. He bent over backward at every turn to accomodate us, the lender, lawyers, etcetera. We even faced threats from an occupant of the home to which he was not perturbed - he was there doing his duty by us come hell or highwater. He worked through inclement weather and equipment failure to get the job on time. He has valuable connections with other working men that he can recommend as well as with the town which is so critical for special situations where you want the town on your side like we experienced. He is always professional and courteous and truly cares about those he is helping - even after the job was done Mr. Farley stopped by with gifts for my children (whom had taken a strong liking to him during his time here) as well as called to check on me to see how I was feeling due to being over 8 and a half months pregnant. He really is a special person through and through. Thank you Mr. Farley!

Very experienced professional, seemed to know everyone in the area which made the whole process significantly easier especially considering that we were managing the sale of our mother's house remotely. Took care of everything and completed the project for the amount he quoted. We recommend him and his team very highly.

Mr.Farley saved my house closing.He is a man of his word. He diagnosed the problem and completed the project .He had extra crew and worked all weekend to finish the project in time.He was responsive and professional throughout the entire time. As mentioned in other reviews, Bill has been doing business in the area for 35+ years and knows everything and everyone needed to get this work done. Patiently helped us decide the optimum approach for our situation; very knowledgeable. Responds immediately and is a great communicator. If there were more stars to give, he would get them. To top it all off, Bill is a genuinely good person and a pleasure to do business with.

Bill is a total pro! He installed a new septic field that turned out to have several complications due to site conditions and the engineering design. He worked through them all professionally and patiently. As a former US Army Corps of Engineer officer, I appreciated Bill's experience and knowledge in addressing these challenges. He is a guy you can trust. I highly recommend him!
