They were very meticulous and timely with their work. Complete roof replacement in one day. Excellent price, all workers were pleasurable and the completed product , my new roof, came out Excellent. I couldn't believe how they completed the replacement in one day. I strongly recommend them to everyone in need of those services.
The team that did the work was outstanding a professional. They did the job right, and when we found some additional issues, they worked with me to fix them. I would use them again. I would have given 5 stars across the board, but their front office needs to stop over-committing to make a sale.

WESTFALL ROOFING ISSUES - Delayed Job Start o We originally wanted the job to start in January before we moved into the house. Once we paid the deposit, we could not schedule for weeks. Our job was finally scheduled for the end of February (after we occupied the house). - Waste Trailer o We requested the waste trailer to be placed on the left side of the garage so we could have access. The trailer was placed on the right side of the garage, without our knowledge. I texted and called our Job Supervisor but did not get a response. A few hours later, the trailer was moved to the correct side of the driveway. - Delayed Job Start o After the Job Supervisor arrived, he informed me that the Crew Manager had called off sick and the crew could not work without a manager. The job would be pushed back one day. Ten minutes later, I got a call from the Westfall office stating that the crew had to finish a previous job and could not get to my house. The job would be pushed back one day. o I can understand that situations occur. I was not upset that the crew could not start on the scheduled day. But I do not appreciate being lied to. Either the Crew Manager was sick or the crew had to finish another job. But only one of those is true and the other is a lie. - Satellite Dish Receiver o When I contracted the job, we discussed the satellite dish and that we would be without service for a couple of days. After the crew left, we did not have TV service. I inspected the roof and the satellite receiver was not replaced. The wires had been cut and the receiver was nowhere to be found. o I called and texted the Job Supervisor and did not get a response until the following day. When the Job Supervisor called, he stated that our service provider would have to be scheduled to align the satellite dish. I explained that the receiver was MISSING and the wires were CUT. He apologized and stated that he should have mentioned the re-alignment service call. The Job Supervisor then stated that most customers throw away their satellite receivers when they get new roofs. (That is impossible to believe!) o The Job Supervisor mentioned that Westfall Roofing would pay for the installation of the satellite receiver. He made no effort to expedite this matter nor to assist in fixing the mistake. The solution is to put everything on the customer to figure it out. - Job Not Complete o There are supplies in my front yard and the Job Supervisor mentioned that the job is not complete. Obviously, this is not an urgent concern as nobody has come by to finish my job. First, my job could not be started because the crew was at another job. Now my roof can not be completed because the crew is at another job. When will my roof be prioritized? It seems this job is not the most important job and Westfall Roofing will get to it at their convenience. Regardless of the mistakes that have been made. Any one of these issues would not be of any consequence. But together, this is a pattern of mistakes, miscommunication, and poor customer service. We have been lied to, not responded to and our property destroyed. The inconvenience of our satellite receiver cannot be recovered. Westfall Roofing must have so many customers that they can treat some of them with a lack of respect and discard private property. Do not solve the problem, just pay for the damage. We will be waiting days to weeks to restore our satellite service. Had we known about this ahead of time, we could have been prepared to purchase a new satellite receiver and be without service for an extended amount of time.
An unfortunate situation in which our compromises did not satisfy. If you are reading this, please consider also reading the hundreds of satisfied customers that we continue to help in the Tampa Bay Area. We have been doing so for over 33 years. It is hard to remain in business these days by "duping" people. That's simply not the case. Thank you for considering Westfall Roofing!
