I recently had the pleasure of working with Larry and John for a home inspection, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, they were thorough, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. John took the time to walk me through every detail, explaining what was being inspected and why it mattered. Johnâ s keen eye for detail and commitment to quality gave me great confidence in the home I was purchasing. Communication was seamless, and the final report was clear, comprehensive, and easy to understand. John even provided helpful tips for future maintenance, which was a great added touch. West Virginia Inspection Company is absolutely Top Notch! Larry Perkins and John Boggess are a real treat to work with. They are prompt, courteous, and efficient. My project was a 970 SF prospective home. John took ample time, three full hours, going over it in detail from roof to crawl space. He then explained his findings to me in person, following that up with an incredible written report that contained lots of photographs to detail any areas of concern. In my opinion, you couldn't ask for a more professional, or more thorough home inspection team. if needed at any time in the future, I would definitel,y and specifically, hunt them up to perform this work for me again!
