Ken did a phenomenal job and was a nice man to talk to. Got the job done in 2 hrs even though our water heater was upstairs. Curtis was also able to give us the estimate right away and they came out next day. Whole process was smooth and fast.

Gave a no drama estimate and even stopped by to check to make sure larger water heater I requested was going to fit before starting the work. During the site visit, Water Heater Services Rep found an issue that would need to be brought up to code - this resulted in a minor increase in price from original estimate. The other contractor that we had bid on the contract was more than twice the price with a lot of extras added on to the contract. It is a water heater for goodness sakes.

My hot water heater failed the prior evening. First thing this morning, I started requesting quotes, including through Angi. Curtis responded very quickly, provided a quote based on my detailed specs, and I emailed him photos to confirm. The quote was the most competitive of all the quotes I received in the course of a few hours. Many vendors wanted to send someone to my house to look or have a call, but Curtis was one of the few who sent me a near-perfect quote via email. I did provide the current model details, measurements, and information I thought would be useful. The best part was that Ken was dispatched to my house a few hours later. Ken did a great job. Under three hours for new 50 Gal, 40K BTU, Hot Water Heater (gas) replacement, new drip pan, new expansion tank (didn't ether previously), replaced cut-off valve on cold water, new piping, and new valve for HVAC humidifier which was connected to pipe replaced. I would highly recommend this company.
