The reason that I am submitting a complaint now is that when we first contracted him he was able to contact us on weekends and off hours. Now he will not communicate, he does not respond to calls or get back to you on time even if you leave a voicemail. The job that was supposed to take 25 days is taking 90 days, and is not even in the final steps. Very disappointed do not recommend.

These guys are an unlicensed business. They will take your money, disappear, provide work that will not get permitted, only do part of the job, give you a product that is barely legible and not return phone calls. Had to hire another company after trying to get them to do the job fir 6 months. I don't think they are capable of providing a product that would ever pass.

I hired Washington Engineering Bremerton WA to review a structural issue at my residence. Mike Biggs called the next day to arrange an appointment to visit my residence. He came, did his review in 15 minutes, I paid him $300 with an agreement that he would send me his finding in writing. That was 8 weeks ago and no written report. I have called numerous times with his mail box not accepting any messages and he did leave a message 2 weeks ago that he would have my written findings report within 3 days; no such luck. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this firm to any of my acquaintances and would advise anyone to withhold payment until a written report was issued.

I have been trying to get plans from Mike for over 2 weeks, he has told me over 10 times I would have the plans. He is hard to reach on cell and office phone. I havenâ t been able to reach him in 7 days, the last day was 2/8/19 when he told me that I would have the plans soon. 1/19/19 he told me it would be around 15 days, but after repeatedly saying he would get them to me I have nothing.
