Hired for two consecutive years to winterize sprinkler system but the technician damaged the control valve on both occasions.

Warners asked us to leave the garage door open, which I did before I left fo rwark, but my wife closed it on her way out. The service man called to get code, but couldn't reach us, so he went ahead and found another way to access the system and get the job done. That's excellent service.

Price was acceptable and Warner will be able to plow my driveway with a truck fitted with a poly blade which should minimize the probablilty of damage to my new concete driveway. This rating relates only to their initial bid and subsequent bid changes to meet my requirements.

Warner's responded to my job request very quickly. In this busy season, they scheduled me within a week of my request. Problems arose due to some deficiencies with my sprinkler system, but they returned and found a means to overcome the problem. I will be returning to them in the spring to handle a secondary issue.

Very fast and effective service. My only complaint is that they came later in the day than we expected and nobody answered the phones when we called to check on when they would be showing up.

Called quickly, flexible with scheduling, on time. Only bad was they didn't call that morning to tell me the time frame; I had to call them. Nice guy did the work. Quick, efficient.
