    I am very pleased with my service so far. They have completed one weed treatment, aerated my lawn and applied gypsum. I like having a local company I can count on. And, they are almost half price for the same service of a "big name" company.

    Contracted for power raking, and fertilizing/weed control. They actually cut my grass when they power raked - this was over and above what I expected, especially with all of the rain we have had. Dandelions are starting to die off also. Very happy so far - also received a call before the chemical application, which helps in planning outdoor activities.

    It took awhile for them to get out there (due to weather), but once they did it was done very quickly; I did need them to come back to reseed some patchiness, which they did say they would do if needed, as they had a guarantee.

    The designer wasn't the installer, so there was a section of the yard that had to be redone and additional sprinkler heads and an additional zone added. Once that was completed, the system worked as designed. Warner's customer service attitude is great.
