Contractor was on time for the quote. This was a difficult job involving the demolition of a dock that was under water during part of the day, the retro-fitting of deck supports partially under water, the repair of a boat lift involving dis-assembly and aluminum welding, and then reassembly, building a new deck and painting. Vincent and his crew took a week longer than planned, partially due to the Thanksgiving holiday. They also did more than originally agreed due to issues they found during the work. I would highly recommend them for any job.

Vince Ward and his crew did an excellent job! They were prompt and extremely helpful. The deck cracks were repaired and the whole lanai looks terrific. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job!

This is a family business, owned by Vincent Ward. We decided to remove the vinyl and repair and repaint the stucco that was underneath. The soffits were repainted and the gutters were removed, painted, and reinstalled. He also built a wooden deck leading out to my back yard. Very reasonable prices and excellent workmanship. I would definitely hire them again.

I actually used Mrs. Ward for electrical work since I was in need of that work to be completed first. She was friendly as well as very professional. I have additional electrical work for the future and will contact her again.
