They built a pavilion over my pavers so that I could entertain outside. Their work was good, but follow up sucks. After the pavilion was built, the first rain, we were sitting under it and found out that there was a leak or two and I called them. They returned my call and left a voice mail message to call them. Since then, I have called them a couple of time with no response from them. I will not recommend them.

He did very good job on the project. I would hire again if needed. Was very friendly and professional.

I hired someone from the company who called me and said that he had no work the following day and he could come and clean-up my yard. He came unprepared to work, looked at the job, and said, he would leave and have to come back with what he needed. He came back and worked maybe 6 hrs. Called that night to tell me he would charge me $300 for the job to be completed and would see me the next day. He came later than what he had stated the night before on the phone and wanted to talk with me. He wanted $150 for the work he had done. I did not think it was worth that much but gave it to him and he left. He said, he would return on the 23rd to finish the job due to the fact that I could not pay him the money until then. But after he left I began to think that $150 a day to clean-up leaves and debris was just too much for me, so I will not hired him to do anymore work for me. I really dislike a worker that quotes one price and then tries to get more money. The integrity of the company was lost right then for me.

They were very professional. They cleaned up after the work was completed. They were good at determining the cost of materials ,so there was no waste. MR. Ward also considered how short I was, thus he built the rails to my comfort level. I have recommended them to my friends.

Very professional from the husband-wife team. Very knowledgeable. I ask about doing some other jobs and they were straightforward with advice and what could be done. They were efficient with their time, but personable. It was very obvious that they knew what they were doing...no shortcuts...solid work.
