When we spoke for the first time with Wladimir, he took all the audio notes and seemed like someone who takes his job and client seriously. Turned out to be all false promises. I am a scientist at Harvard, so I am only writing this long review out of my busy schedule to let others be cautious. This project was our first home. He had to upgrade our kitchen, bathroom, and basement. It was not a small job, and we spent a good amount. Yes, he finished the job but how!!! Even though he took an extra month, we gave him most installments in advance because he said he wants to buy material to finish the job in time. Our mistake to trust that! At the beginning, he said his brother can come with us to finalize the selection. After we closed the deal, he told us to go by ourselves and that he was busy. It sounded like a red flag, but we just insisted, and he came. Nightmare! He did not use a single thing we selected except floor tiles. I got his choices checked with a friend who works with contractors. He chose a lower quality countertop, backsplash and handles to save money. He told us not before but later; he could get this material sooner. I agree only 10% to this after seeing the final product since he started work after a while, he had time to order in advance and could have started the work that he could, but he did not. Small thing: we wanted an embedded pull-out trash can which he agreed to but never did. His team forgot many other small things in the kitchen like a missed cabinet, missed paint, missed bolts without proper finishing that we had to fix. He later charged us extra $500 for the cabinet. For the bathroom, we then reminded him repeatedly, but he still did not do bath towel and hand towel handles. He did a substandard shower which does not have a good water flow. Our other bathroom has a good water flow which we did not upgrade. Our contract clearly mentioned selected doors and all inside house paint. His team forgot to change one door and paint 3 doors and other places in the house. Also, his team only did a single coat of white paint on stair railings, and it clearly shows that for the first month, they did nothing and then had to hurry to finish in the last days. After much back and forth, his team had to come back to redo part of the job that he forgot to get done and it was still not done perfectly to our satisfaction, all rushed fixes. Still his guys left the inside of the entrance door unpainted and not as per contract. I agree with some of the reviews that there is no quality check to see whether the work done has quality. In the end, we always got the impression that he just did whatever he wanted to do, and his work was sloppy. I had tears in my eyes after our hard-earned money was spent this way. We did not mind spending more if the quality was good, but he never respected our thought process as his clients and was always in a hurry. In his eyes, may be this was the best job. But, when his work got inspected, it did not meet proper code, primarily the cheap low-quality material he used for the kitchen hood and chimney. Chimney is another story, we picked a model, he got a different half price model that is useless. It does not suck anything, and our fire alarms are always blowing up. Since then, we are trying to reach him only to fix the hood, but no response. We are tired of texting and wasting our time while getting different dates in future. We have our work and jobs too, not sitting idle to only contact him throughout the day. Poor workmanship, professionalism, and ethics in short. We are frustrated, heartbroken, left with paint stains on our hardwood floors, unfilled holes, more of incomplete work and work that needs to be redone and now will cost us dearly if we go elsewhere after paying so much already. I am kind to give 2.5 stars but sorry, I cannot recommend to anyone!

Please get all the details in the contract about the materials. UPDATE 1/1/24: I am writing this review with my valuable time after I was thinking a lot. I found that Wladimir Simos the owner from WS builders did not do any big job and had no work experience before like mine and I let him to practice on my project as his learning school. Which was my mistake as well. There were so many issues during the construction and after the construction completed as well. I reviewed him with good rating before expecting he would fix all the issues on timely manner but I had to beg him ten times to fix his own issues and I want other people know this and not experience what i I experienced. His plumbing and Hvac work was worse in my house. They did not pass the rough inspection in three times and the final inspection was not passed in 4 times. They were making holes and cutting the joints in the places where was against the building code. My project got delayed 4 months just because of their silly mistakes. Lot of thing that I had on my original contract was not followed. He would not put the details on contract and use whatever materials he could use to save the cost. We had contract to use the medium/standard grade materials for everything and I did not know the details of materials since it was my first project. I found that he used laminated counter top instead of granite and laminated cabinets instead of solid wood and they already started chipping within 1 year from completion. He put very small and cheap vanity in my 4 full bathroom which is only 3 feet wider. Bath tub also in very low quality. I had to make him read the contact again to make him put shower glass and install pull stairs to roof that was in contract already. After the final inspection passed and we moved to new unit; the hvac system broke in both of my new addition. It took very long to fix it after more than 5 service. There was multiple water leaking in both both units from bathroom and other surfaces as well. He put the hvac in the roof instead of that supposed to be in mechanical room in the first floor. They did not put the drain pipe in the beginning and had to cut all the walls to fix it. Also, they did not put the vents for my laundry dryer and had to cut the wall again. Moreover, they had three broken window and multiple broken screen on my windows and some of them are not even replaced yet. Its one year only now and the owner from WS builder is very mad to hear the problems from his fixing. He texts me not to bother him anymore. I just had water leak from the HVAC unit and the water tray was broken and ceiling and lights got damaged. I used someone else to fix it and spent a lot. The main entrance door had air leak and it has not been fixed yet and i am losing the heat from cold air. The siding they installed had very poor and cheapest quality. It fell more than 4 times and still about to fall. Not only this; he took money to build two shades and was very low quality foundation it collapsed and I called other contractor to fix it. He also took extra money for retail wall and did not compact the soil good and the level went down afterwards and driveway got all cracked. The fence he installed should hace cement post and he did put cement and just dig holes and installed. Also he left my land to the neighbor and moved the fence toward my land. It is more lot to explain and I would not recommend this builder if you looking for quality work and perfection.

My house needed to be repaired from a huge fire. I was looking for a GC that has extensive knowledge of fire damage. After multiple quotes, I chose WS Builders because the owner was very professional and knew what he was talking about. Wladimir assisted me from beginning to end. We gutted the whole house and replace all the electricity. This was a big project and it was necessary to find a GC who had previous experience in rebuilding a house damaged by fire. I am very please with Wladimir's work ethic and professionalism. He had a quick turnaround and communicated thoroughly to ensure that I fully understand what was going on during the project. I recommend using him if you are looking for somebody with years of experience. Regardless of what job it is, he has the subcontractors to ensure the job is completed in a timely manner.

Wladimir and his crew did an excellent job throughout the whole process. I have recommended him to folks who stopped by to ask who did the work.

These guys are the hardest working crew Ive ever seen. Showed up every day at 7am and stayed until 7-8pm every night! I cant say enough about their work ethic. Wladimir was great to work with right from the initial site visit, to the quote, and right up through the finished product. It takes a lot to impress me when it comes to projects. I have high expectations of how things are built and the final results. Id rather have quality work over saving a buck. I had multiple contractors out and narrowed them down and eventually chose WS Builders because of my interactions with Wlad right from the start. Very personable, great guy and listened to what I actually wanted and didnt just yes me to death. He knew exactly what I was expecting from the start and his guys blew away my expectations. We had been saving up for years for a new deck and Wlad and his crew were able to deliver. He offered different products and didnt try to push me towards the more expensive options and let me choose what I wanted. (we went with Trex but he gave us other options as well) He was always quick to respond whenever I had a question or wanted something changed because I wanted it to look a very specific way etc. He was here the day the materials were delivered to make sure they were put exactly where I wanted. He was very careful to make sure that my yard had the least amount of damage as I told him from the start that was one of my concerns. We now have an absolutely beautiful deck that will last longer than my home with the way it was constructed. I wanted it over built and they delivered. If I ever needed more work done in the future, Wlad would be the first guy I call. If you are looking for a great company to work with I highly recommend WS Builders!

Good team - worked quickly. Not the cheapest estimate but they were able to get the job done the fastest. Decent quality. I was happy with Wladimirâ s professionalism - he was easy to contact and work with and I would hire him again.

Wladimir is very professional and straight forward. He and his co-worker did a beautiful job on putting up a fence that didn t block our view of the land. They were able to complete the project in shorter time than what was expected. I would definitely hire him again!

These guys were amazing! Hard workers, friendly and great quality. I will definitely be using them for all my contractor needs in the future.
