"I requested this job on HomeAdvisor at 2:30 Wednesday afternoon, and Hilario was at my house by 5:30 to look at the job and provide an estimate. Not only was his price very reasonable, but he said he could start on Friday. I hired him instantly and I'm so glad I did. He was here all day Thursday (yes - he did actually come a day before he promised) and returned today (Friday) to finish the job by 1:00 PM. The very long brick and concrete stairway leading up to my front door had lots of missing mortar between the bricks and several crumbling concrete seams. He repointed all of the brick work and repaired all of the concrete seams, making my stairway look brand new. When the job was done, he cleaned everything thoroughly and left the area spotless. I fully intend to call Hilario back next spring to repair my old stone retaining walls."

It is an outstanding construction company well deserving of six stars instead of the usual five! I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of the construction -- from start to finish. The workers are experts at what they do and are fast while providing a professional approach to job excellence throughout the duration of the project. The company uses quality products so the project should have lasting results as the years pass. The project was completed on time and somewhat ahead of schedule. A good thing! The workers started early to ensure a full days work and only took one lunch break of extremely short duration. They even had their own microwave to cook food or warm beverages! Throughout the project I had no concern of property damage; be it to the house structure or the lawn. Clean up of the work area occurred regularly/daily and generated no complaints or concerns from me or the family. The company is truly a quality one that I would use again for both minor and/or major home improvements or repairs. Need I say, the cost of construction was extremely fair and what I expected â ¦ not a penny more. They are fair and honest business people. (Somewhat a rarity in todays world.) I would encourage any Home Advisor customer to place this company at the top of their list to contact. I firmly believe there would be no need to look further in finding a company to do quality and warranted home construction. Others said we would need to have the mortar on ALL joints grounded out for the project to look good. Jose said it was not necessary, saved us money and pretty much matched the repaired mortar with the old. They arrived on time and finished the job timely. We will have them repair our chimney next.
