Good customer service
Doing major remodel on my house, got bids for plumbing, hvac and electric. estimators attempted to use scare tactics. Decided to use elec and Hvac anyway, hvac came out on 12/22/21. Did not call to say they would be late. I had to leave right after they arrived. When I returned, one vent installed in wrong place, another supplied little air, a third had been sealed sloppily. I figured I would address when they returned to finish work later in January. I returned to the house on 1/3 (not occupying during remodel) and found furnace was out. Called office to trouble shoot, figured out HVAC turned off furnace and did not turn back on. ice was on wall, also coming out of pipe in kitchen. Asked for WN to send out someone the next day to assess potential damage, was informed there would be a dispatch fee! When I called out rep, she said she would waive the fee. Gee, thanks. Mgmt declined to send someone out to assess damages, see poor quality of work.. stated only the same tech who had been out and did a crap job and potentially ruined my house would come out to fix. I do not trust them to do the work, mgmt showed little compassion, little interest in damages. They kept insisting that they had 7- 5 star ratings from BBB or something like that. I canceled contracts and asked for my money back, they are not budging. I have to get more estimates and pay for someone else to fix/complete the work. How is that for their famed customer service?
Wire nut was on time, efficient and courteous. WEll spoken service representative. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will call them again to install my ceiling fan this week.
Over $900 to move a single standard two outlet 120 VAC receptacle. All he did was cut a new hole a few feet above the existing receptacle, fish the cable, and install a new box. I had to have it done that day, so I paid it. Will not use WireNut again.
I had a circuit that was always tripping so I called them to check it out. The initial service fee of having them estimate what was going on was discounted since I booked online. Only after the SALESMAN had all the outlets off I was told it was a $500 charge to determine the issue. I was told that a wire was not grounded and a new wire would need to be run. They gave me three options of services and I chose one. The day they came they completed the other two services and did not touch the initial problem I called them for. They were getting ready to leave when I asked if they were going run the new wire. The tech told me that since the circuit did not trip while they were there that they do not see an issue anymore. *They were going to leave without doing the work I called them for* They took advantage of someone who did not know that they would sell unnecessary solutions. Never going to recommend them, going to tell ALL my friends not to use them. Buyer beware, they are out to make as much money as they can. I have every confidence they would have left my house without telling me they did not complete the work.
The service techs Jessie and Arber are knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Both were approachable. We appreciated their service and helpful attitude. We would recommend the services they offer. L
I called wire nut as they Had very good ratings on Google and Facebook. We were having an electrical issue From a leak from an upstairs bathroom faucet which ended up taking out the electric for the fixture in the downstairs bedroom below it and some of the outlets. I had tried switching the breaker and some simple things that I knew of before I called the electrician. The electrician came to the house And took a look around for a few minutes and then said that if the repair was something that he could fix on the truck that the cost was going to be $599. At this point I thought that this was a pretty significant issue and that sounded OK. About 15 minutes later the technician said that he had figured out that the problem was a tripped GFI in the garage which happened to be on the same breaker as the downstairs bedroom. When I asked him how much the total was I was surprised because the total was $599 although nothing was technically repaired. When I asked if there was anything that they could do he said that that is what the company charges for a diagnosis and repair. After I got upset, the technician called to see if there was anything that he could do to get the price down to which they agreed the lowest that they could go is $300. I feel that is if I would ve hired an independent electrician who cares about not ripping their customers off, that I would ve gotten a much better deal for such a simple fix. Very expensive lesson learned. I also tried to leave this review on their Facebook page but apparently it s censored so no bad reviews are posted.
Huge wasted of time. They do not bother to show up for appointments, reschedule without bothering to co tact customer. 2 scheduled appointments and a guarantee of service from the manager and no one ever bothered to show up.
The Witenut was fast to resolve our furnace issue by replacing the one we had due to a corroded motor and backside. They were also helpful with providing us with financing options.
