"Nolan the sales rep was amazing. Nolan answered all questions, backed it up with actual data and in most instances had pictures to help explain. The crew Carlos, Travis and Drew were professional and very hard working. So kind to answer any questions we had. They were great at cleaning up each day (may hire to clean the house lol). Our noise level is unbelievable. We feel like our ears r plugged. I was able to drop the thermostat down 4 degrees. So glad we chose to make this investment. We would highly recommend USA!!!! "I've had 2 other companies come out and try to figure out why my bedroom (over the garage) was so cold. Chris and his head installer, Ben, came out and spent over an hour and found out why. Between them using an IR camera and Ben trying to figure out how to get into the ceiling (over that particular bedroom) they found a small access. The result was that there was no (none) insulation over 3/4 of the ceiling. The home builder didn't insulate it. I think that they just didn't see the small opening when they used blown in insulation. Ben had to scrape away some of the blown in stuff and found it. Thanks, Ben, for doing such an awesome job. iFoam came back and sprayed the ceiling of the one room and with their closed foam spray. It's Like a day and night difference. Highly recommend this company for your insulation needs."
