William was a life saver. We needed plans done quickly to restart a home remodel that had been shut down because of permit issues. William came out within a few days, was incredibly knowledgable, worked on our project over a holiday weekend and delivered a professional set of plans for a very reasonable rate. I know it's sometimes weird finding people on the internet but I have nothing but positive things to say about William!

Overall I was very impressed with the value for money, my only reservation was that nothing written was provided post inspection. Then again at half the price of the home inspector and only 33% more than the pool inspector I can't complain too muc, he saved me from buying a home I couldn't afford to repair.

Mr. McCarthy called me immediately and had lengthy discussion about the project and set up an appointment to come out & evaluate the scope of work. He is extremely professional & knowledgeable. He offer many options and was quite pragmatic about things that would accomplish what we need without going overboard on costs. Unfortunately, the scope of work is going to be more expensive than we had anticipated so we are going to put the add-on off for a while. I will hire William when we are ready to proceed.

Mr. McCarthy was very informative, proffesional, and helpful to us with making an informed decision on whether we should risk buying an as is, HUD home. The home needs alot of work, and didn't come with many disclosures. We had to get many inspections and estimates, so we would know what we were getting ourselves into. The foundation and structural information was invaluble, since this is basic to the integrity of the home. I would reccomend Mr. McCarthy to anyone who is contemplating buying a home, since it is an expensive venture and should be a well informed one.

William McCarthy came right out. He analyzed the situation and wrote up a report for me. I am very happy.

His visit was fine and helpful however I kind of expected a follow up written report although it was never, really, discussed.

He was very prompt and professional. He spent over an hour analyzing our structure and offered advice. He was able to give us a ballpark estimate so we could decide if we were going to go ahead with the project or not.
