Write a ReviewThe job wasn?t flooring it was kitchen cosmetic starting November 17, 2025. Yes Fred starts out good $4500 labor $1,034 material $600 gift card with $357 money spent unaccounted for from his non electrician Moises who kept asking me for money. I purchased my own cabinets which was received 12/8/25 and they took them offsite to paint. They weren?t available all the time with my hours & when I accommodate my time majority of the time they would no show/call & when I?m 10 minutes away they leave or when they say they?re going to be here at 9 it?s two hours later no consideration. Fred rescinded the job 1/18/26 and didn?t return my material but got the money out of me and they held my cabinet doors & cabinet drawers brought them back in pieces. Who takes the cabinet doors after painting them on job site?Holding my material hostage and ghosting me was an issue. The electrical job I requested was never received extra outlets & double light switch for over sink & ceiling fan botched work
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We?d like to clarify the facts for accuracy and transparency for future homeowners reviewing this project. This was not a flooring project. It was a labor-only kitchen cosmetic renovation that began on November 17, 2025, under a written agreement. The homeowner supplied all materials, including cabinets and electrical fixtures. Labor was priced at $4,500, with materials purchased directly by the homeowner. Cabinet doors and drawers were temporarily removed for off-site painting, which is a standard industry practice used to achieve a controlled, professional finish. All cabinet components were returned to the property. No materials were held hostage. Throughout the project, progress was impacted by: ? Repeated scope changes and requests without approved change orders ? Ongoing micromanagement and frequent interruptions to the crew ? Schedule conflicts and restricted access hours ? Refusal to approve or pay for additional requested work Electrical work beyond basic cosmetic coordination was requested but never formally approved, scoped, or paid for, and no licensed electrical contract was executed under this agreement. Due to escalating scope changes, communication challenges, and the project no longer being a suitable fit, the job was formally closed out on January 17, 2026, with written documentation provided to the homeowner. At close-out: ? Remaining work was removed from the scope ? No additional payment was requested or due ? All payments made to date were considered final We regret that the homeowner was dissatisfied, however our decision to close the project was made to protect quality, liability, and professionalism for all parties. We remain committed to clear agreements, fair billing, and respectful working environments, and we encourage future clients to review our many positive reviews reflecting those values. - Fred.
I had Mr. Williamson and his wonderful team install 4 interior doors and change a light fixture in my dining room. The professionalism and customer service was stellar. They arrived on time and was very respectful of my home. What impressed me beyond the customer service was the level of expertise and the master carpenter's attention to detail. I am so pleased with Williamson Property Group that I already on their waitlist for a future project I want them to do for me. I highly recommend this company.
