Yes Charkes did excellent work. Walked me thru the process. Cleaned up. Removed the pegions and nest and they had started 2 more. Put up complete netting so they can mo longer get under my solar panels. Excellent customer service. We need more service workers like him.

Excellent service! All work was performed completly and in a timely manner. The Technician was friendly, knowledable, and really cares about his craft! There are artist in every field of work and Charles is definetly one of them! I could not have asked for a better result! I kind of feel sorry for my neighbors now!

Absolutely professional, uniquely knowledgeable, experienced and thorough. My balcony is usable again! Charles 'The Pigeon Whisperer' deserves his reputation as the man who zeros in on the main issue and brings the solution with affordable, hands-on skill and dedication. (Even going the extra mile by rescuing my rooftop A/C unit from intense pigeon-poop assault!) A highly recommended service! Especially for dealing with persistent and health-threatening pigeon infestations! A top-notch, swift and effective service!

From start to finish the professionalism and customer service were outstanding!! I’ve used many contractors in the past and Charles is by far over and above anyone I’ve ever worked with. Google search lead me to Angie’s list where I found WB Pest Control. Charles called me within minutes of my request. Arrived at my home an hour later for an estimate. Performed a thorough assessment of my home, property and environment and explained my situation in detail and how to resolve my pigeon congregation issue. Charles came back three days later to set up deterrents. I highly recommend this company for any pest control issues you have in the Vegas area.
