Contacted Voss Textures the morning another contractor had to cancel and he came that day to give an estimate for the job of smoothing out textured ceiling with finished painting for ceiling. He was great with communication and keeping to the dates and time of arrival. Got it completed the day we needed it done before new furniture got delivered. Thank you for the hard work. I would recommend this company.

Their Timely arrival during our urgent need was outstanding! We had an exposed ceiling from a recent structural remodel and needed it closed up with the cold weather upon us. Jim was very friendly and efficient and he did a great job! He covered our piano and walked on plastic covering our carpet. I did not have to do a lot of clean up. The areas of drywall that he fixed look great!

I was quoted for repairing my kitchen ceiling or for more $ could install new drywall. Well I choose the more $ for new dry. Right after it was installed I noticed a crack about 5 inches long by a seam, Rick came over said "not sure what happened" and said he would fix it but didn't want to get in the way of the other contractors that were doing their work. Well a year has past with at least 15 texts to him. He is either out of town, I'll call you next week or like tonight I will be there at 4:30 and is a "NO SHOW". I now have now 4, 4 foot long cracks going parallel and perpendicular along the seams. I paid alot of money for my new kitchen and drywall was an important part of it. Very disappointed in Voss Textures LLC.

Very friendly but professional

I was contacted by Rick on Monday, I called him back and he was able to come out the same day to take a look at what I needed done (removal of old phone jacks and cable hookups). He gave me a good price and let me know that Jim would be out the next day to do the work. Jim was finished by mid afternoon. I was so happy with the process as well as the final product. I would recommend them!
