From the first meeting Jeff was very personable and informative on the system we needed in our home. He explained the quality of water we would get with installing a new water treatment system. He tested and explained every step of the process. Once we decided to move forward, his team installed our system the very next day. Jeff then came back several days later to address any questions and go over the system again which was very helpful. I am impressed with the customer service and works highly recommend this company to others. Thank you Jeff!!

We were curious about bacteria in our private well water. They offered us a free laboratory testing . Once the results were in, they came by with a portable lab and conducted more testing and showed us what is in our water. April on the phone was amazing , so friendly, patient and helpful. Jeff came out and explained our water in terms we could understand. Their install team was efficient and worked well together and the plumbing was spot on and clean ! I would recommend them 100 percent !

I called last week to set up an appointment with several companies. Virginia Environmental Resources was the only one that could come out within the week. Jeff was so knowledgeable and friendly ! I decided to go with them and the install went swiftly and beautifully! WOW! My hair and skin are so soft and clean , no more build up in my faucets ! We did not even have to put money down! I am more than glad we made this educated decision. This company has exceeded our expectations! Our children are drinking double the water now !!!!

My system yet again is not working properly. I called the owner and text him as I was told he would be handling my system personally and he gave me his number. He ignored my calls and texts and the secretary, who is so rude and nasty calls me back instead and tells me I am not a customer anymore due to not taking down my bad review of this business. She also said she was going to be suing me for deformation of character. I believe that Yelp is here for customers to rate business that they deal with and that is not deformation of character. I gave exact details of what happened and the owner apologized for the horrible service I received and said he would be the only person I deal with. He did this to get me to remove my review of horrible service. Try giving good service and standing my legal agreements and you get good reviews. My review was 100% honest and I will not lie and say otherwise because I am being yelled at to do so. If I am not a customer anymore for a system I paid a fortune for that was so over priced, as I was told this morning, then why am I paying for the system? They went on and on about how they would be right here to fix any issues and the owner gave me his word so I went with them and paid more. So if they are not going to stand by the warranty I was told I have and by the legal biding agreement with them and I am not a customer anymore then please return my money in full. I would have change my review if they gave me service worth giving a good review for. Instead I have received the worst service from this company again. They are refusing to stand by their equipment and their service agreement and leaving me no choice but to sue them. I called to see if I could get another company to come out and service my equipment less than a year old that doesn't work and they told me they cannot touch my system or it will cancel out my warranty with the company. The secretary called me so rudely while I was waiting for a legal zoom meeting for a hearing and I told her I couldn't talk and why and she told me I would talk and got so nasty to me. If I missed my meeting I would have lost my workers comp and been broke and homeless, but she thought that her nasty rudeness and demanding I take down my review was more important than my child eating. I have a screen shot of my call from her and my zoom call and they are just minutes apart. I would have missed my court appointed call due to her and she did not care at all. This company yet again is threatening a disabled person who cannot go into the crawl space to see what the issue is. I was told they took care of any and all issues and have 24/7 service! They refuse to fix the system they guarantee, they feel my legal phone call is of no importance, they feel that dismissing me as a client is legally okay to do with a service agreement in play, and they feel they can try to intimidate me to remove a review and threaten to sue me if I do not do so. Look at your actions and then look at your review you prove every line correct. I was told to deal with the owner only so no further issues happened and that he would personally assure that my systems was up and running. He lied and they all lied from day one. They talk to customers like crap!!!!!!!! They forget you the minute the system is in and act like you are bothering them. How dare you sell me a system with a warranty then tell me I cannot have it serviced I am not a customer anymore due to their choice because I didn't take down a completely honest review of this company! It's not deformation of character it's making you have character and stand by your word! If I do not have my system serviced by the end of the week (When purchased I was told it was 24/7 service and it takes them forever to come to service the system) I will see them in court with the binding agreement they are refusing to stand by. The Director of Operations Jeff Booth knows well water

2nd review because I am obsessed with this system. We have had our system for 1 month and before our light gray bathroom grout had turned an orange color from the hard water but 1 month after this system it has self cleaned the grout to its original color. I used to have to clean my toilet bowls every couple of days due to the brown stains the hard water would leave, I haven't had to clean my toilet bowls in 3 weeks and did so just to disinfect them. I love this system. My dog drinks twice as much water as before. The customer service is amazing.

They knew their stuff, and addressed all my water concerns. They were quick and efficient. Now I have good drinking water. I don't need to buy any bottled water anymore.

Great and personable. They walk you through everything from top to bottom. We had a water leak that we initially thought was coming from the water softener but just so happened that we had a leaking pipe that we wouldn't have known about if it hadn't been from the water softener alarm letting us know that there was water on the floor. Thank you VER for walking and talking us through with the builder. We appreciate you!!!
