"Hired this firm to do some roof shingle and flashing repairs. Carl was very responsive, provided a thorough inspection and evaluation of the problem, and a reasonable estimate and price for the repair work. Jerry then followed up quickly to schedule the work. Original date for the work had to be delayed due to extended work required on a previous job but Jerry kept me up to date on the changes and even rescheduled my work on a Sunday to not delay my repairs further. Jerry and his helper arrived on time on the new date and began work immediately. Work was completed quickly and efficiently. They did a thorough cleanup of the job site and explain all work completed to my satisfaction. Would definitely use this company again."

He added recessed lighting in basement recreation room and home office. He insulated and added beautiful laminate flooring. "The crew from JJ Home Improvements 9 LLC was great. When giving an estimate, they were polite, answered various questions I had, and explained the planned work. They were upfront about what was realistically possible. I am pleased with the results of their work. I live in an old condo unit built in the early 1970s. The metal entry door was bent out of shape and the foam weatherstripping in poor condition. I could not replace the condo door, so they straightened it as much they could. They also replaced the poorly trimmed metal door sweep with a modern rubber one. While applying the new weatherstripping, they compensated for the remaining bend of the door and created a proper seal. Now I no longer have light or cold air coming through. Thank you!"
