Fast, good work

I'm not satisfied with the service done, the guys lied to me and gave very high price for this job and the results was not what I wanted.

Yea, these guys are good. Management bends over backwards to please the homeowner, and then when work starts, they are very organized and work like beavers to get things done. Very efficient, and quality is superior. You can't go wrong with this company IMO.

I do not know where to start with this company. I suppose from the beginning would be a good place. Back in June 2021, when I received my homeowner insurance premium, after pulling myself up from the floor I learned the increase was due to the 25 yr. old roof. The plan was to start getting quotes in December, so the roof could be replaced in January. Three companies were suggested by friends, so I was all set. Around the end of November, I started hearing tap, tap, tapping going on around me. A total of 5 homes were getting reroofed. On my way out one day, I decided to take a ride just to take notes on the companies doing the work. Every sign in the yards were Covenant signs. From my lanai, I could see the roofs on 3 of the homes, so I had an eye of a bird view on the workers, and how they worked. These guys were like ants. I was really impressed at how quickly the jobs were getting done. Therefore, Covenant was my 4th company to call. From the time Steve came to give us the quote to the end of the job, I was amazed at how professional everyone was, and how well-orchestrated the company was at keeping us updated. The emails told me when my products were ordered when the crew would be out, who the project manager was when the shingles would be delivered, again I was really impressed. If there were any hiccups along the way which is to be expected, Covenant went above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy the customer. My neighbor was so impressed, she signed up with them and had hers done a couple of days after mine. Trust me when I say, my neighbor is easily impressed. I would like to thank Steve, Frank, Jerrod (I hope I got the spelling right), Jacob, Chris (who are putting the gutters and downspouts on now along with his co-worker whose name I forgot) for a job well done. If I could rate Covenant a 10+ I would do it. There is one other note I would like to add. Two of the companies I called came in with quotes a bit lower than Covenant. They might have been just as good but I did not see their work nor did I see how well their workers treated the homes and properties they were working at. I saw Covenant and what I saw is why they got the job. It is true when they say You get what you pay for.

From the salesman to the Foreman and work crew this company is top notch! Kevin went over the contract with us step by step and Frank Ackley made sure that everything job wis was done efficiently and most importantly correct. Very happy with Covenant and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Josh went over the contract and explained everything to me. An excellent job was done on the roof and everything on the contract was completed. I was impressed with their honesty and excellent work ethics. When they were finished, the yard was as clean as it was before they started. Thank you, Josh ,Cody ,Able and crew.

Covenant roofing co, is pricey, but very good at sales, we did not have to wait a long time for work to start, they were finished in two days. I have had a call into their field super for a questionable area, for two weeks now. you should be aware of carpentry repairs, very expensive.

Communication was very much lacking. The project got delayed a week and no Communication as to why until I called them for the third time. The first two times I was told that someone would get back to me but never did. Once they got here the work went very well and the project was done in two days. The crew was very professional and am very happy with the roof.
